基于改进DPC的毫米波雷达多目标跟踪研究A multi-target tracking method of millimeter wave radar based on the improved density peak clustering

摘要(Abstract):
为解决路侧毫米波雷达数据分布不均匀、噪点较多,导致雷达在多目标跟踪方面准确性下降的问题,本文在密度峰值聚类(density peaks clustering, DPC)算法的基础上,提出一种适用于毫米波雷达数据改进的DPC算法。该方法结合匈牙利匹配算法和无迹卡尔曼滤波算法(unscented Kalman filter, UKF),实现77 GHz毫米波雷达在不同车流密度路面上的跟踪验证。实验结果表明:改进后的DPC算法能够在大幅度提高毫米波雷达数据聚类精度的同时,有效提高多目标跟踪算法的跟踪精度。
