基于激光点云的钢管混凝土拱桥主拱肋数字化测量方法A digital measurement method for main arch ribs of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges based on laser point cloud

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统人工测量大型钢构件存在的效率低、精度不足等问题,利用三维激光扫描技术对钢管混凝土拱桥主拱肋进行测量,并结合计算机辅助设计(computer aided design, CAD)模型,提出一种基于几何参数的钢管混凝土拱桥主拱肋数字化测量技术。首先,将预处理后的钢管混凝土拱桥主拱肋构件扫描激光点云与设计点云进行高精度的配准;然后,基于Alpha shapes算法提取边界,实现点云切片操作;最后,利用随机采样一致性(random sample consensus, RANSAC)圆柱拟合法进行钢管混凝土拱桥构件的距离偏差分析和几何参数比较来评估构件质量。结果表明:与传统的LMedS(least median of squares, LMedS)算法拟合结果相比,本文方法在拟合半径的绝对精度上提高了1.53 mm。在其全局匹配较好的情况下,本文方法与卷尺测量偏差波动小于0.10 mm,即三维激光扫描在保证测量精度要求的同时,可完善传统方法存在的测量问题,提高测量效率,降低成本。
