PVDF-HFP/LLZTO复合固态电解质膜的制备与性能研究Preparation and properties of PVDF-HFP/LLZTO composite solid-state electrolyte membrane

摘要(Abstract):
固态锂金属电池(solid-state lithium metal battery, SSLMB)能量密度高和安全性高,有着广阔的应用前景。然而,电解质和电极之间的弱界面接触在SSLMB的实际应用中面临着挑战。首先,制备独立、灵活的复合固态电解质(composite solid electrolyte, CSE)膜,将无机填料Li_(6.4)La_3Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)加入到以聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯(PVDF-HFP)为基础的固体聚合物电解质中;其次,添加质量分数为10%的LLZTO来改善固体电解质的电化学性质;最后,将装配好的LFP/CSE/Li电池进行充放电测试。CSE膜在室温下的离子电导率为4.72×10~(-4)S/cm、锂离子迁移数为0.61和电化学窗口为4.0 V。在0.1C循环下,固态电池的首次放电比容量为122 m A·h/g。经过40圈循环后,LFP/CSE/Li的放电比容量依然达到109 mA·h/g,容量保持率为89%,库伦效率达到100%。
